Job Summary: Grupo Diagonal is seeking a Bilingual Traffic Analyst to manage logistics, customs compliance, and IMMEX/CIVA control, ensuring traceability and operational communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and tracking of shipments (air, sea, and land). 2. Ensure customs and regulatory compliance. 3. Maintenance and traceability of temporary assets (IMMEX/CIVA). **Grupo Diagonal is seeking a Bilingual Traffic Analyst in Querétaro, Querétaro** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- **IMPORT/EXPORT TRAFFIC ANALYST (IMMEX and CIVA)** **BILINGUAL** **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, or related field. **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical/operational reading and writing). **Tools:** Proficiency in VUCEM, Annex 24 systems, ERP, and intermediate Excel. **Technical Knowledge:** Current Incoterms, tariff classification, and complete customs documentation. **EXPERIENCE IN:** **° Experience:** 1–3 years in traffic, import/export, or foreign trade (experience with **IMMEX and CIVA schemes is mandatory**). ° **Logistics Management:** Coordinate and track inbound/outbound air, sea, and land shipments. ° **Customs Compliance:** Review invoices, certificates of origin, customs entries (pedimentos), and instruction letters. Ensure compliance with NOMs and RRNA. ° **IMMEX/CIVA Control:** Maintain updated Annex 24/31, perform reconciliations (ERP vs. Customs), and ensure traceability of temporary assets. ° **Document Management:** Assemble digital/physical files and manage KPI reports (transit times, logistics costs, incidents). ° **Operational Liaison:** Maintain constant communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments (Warehouse, Procurement, Finance). **WE OFFER:** Base Salary.
