Apply now and take your first steps with us! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final semester student or currently completing professional internship requirements in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * Positive, proactive attitude with strong motivation to learn. * Interest in digital design, social media, visual trends, and artificial intelligence tools applied to design. * Basic knowledge of corporate identity (logos, colors, typography, etc.). * Basic to intermediate skills in creating content for social media (videos, reels, carousels, etc.). * General knowledge of WordPress (desirable, not essential). * Familiarity with tools such as: * **Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop** * **Canva** * **After Effects, Premiere, Capcut or Veed** (any video editing tool you use is welcome) * **Miro or Notion** (collaborative work platforms, desirable) * Preference for working in an organized manner with attention to detail. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES WE VALUE:** * Visual creativity and willingness to propose ideas. * Active listening and good communication with the team. * Personal organization and task follow-up. * Ability to collaborate with different departments. * Positive attitude when facing challenges, even under time pressure. * Strong desire to grow, learn, and be part of a supportive team. **What will you learn and do with us?** * You will assist in creating visual identities and graphic materials for various brands. * You will design content for social media, internal presentations, banners, reels, digital flyers, among others. * You will collaborate on web design projects and understand how websites are built as a team. * You will work alongside other departments to ensure your designs are coherent, impactful, and functional. * You will experience real work processes, professional tools, and best practices in the workplace.
