What you would be doing: Implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing cost system, working together with the operations and engineering areas to ensure proper evaluation of products, forecast manufacturing variations and comprehensive information. Identify, measure, and analyse the financial information used by management to plan, evaluate, and control the organization's resources, especially inventories, labor, and manufacturing expenses. Ensure compliance and improvement of the cycle counting process. The main responsibilities for this role are: · Review and analyse information on volumes, standard time, prices, direct personnel, raw material cost, exchange variation, fixed and freight expenses, efficiency, scrap, etc. to calculate budgets. · Ensure compliance and improvement of the cycle counting process. · Establish internal control procedures and communicate to the areas involved. · Issue income statement reports against budgets and price variations.
