We are seeking: **Network and Services Technician** Salary: $10,000 to $11,000 monthly, tax-free, plus $2,000 based on performance indicators. Work modality: Schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve end-user network connectivity incidents (LAN/WLAN). * Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software network issues (network cards, drivers, IP configuration). * Perform physical installation and basic configuration of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points) following established procedures. * Carry out structured cabling and network connectivity for new installations or modifications. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks on network infrastructure (equipment cleaning, connection verification). * Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve interdepartmental issues. * Document resolved incidents, configurations performed, and equipment inventories. **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of cabling, basic switch/router configuration, and connectivity.
