Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Network Operations and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure proper network operation and availability, coordinating technical activities and teams. Ensure SLA compliance and network availability **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Operations and Maintenance Supervisor** with experience in **telecommunications networks and network infrastructure**, responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of our network. The person in this role will coordinate **network operations, preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, as well as supervise **technical teams and external vendors**, guaranteeing service level agreement compliance and operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field**. * Minimum **3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications network operations or maintenance**. * Experience supervising **technical teams or vendors**. **Knowledge of:** * Telecommunications networks. * Network infrastructure. * Network monitoring / NOC. * Fault diagnosis and resolution. * Maintenance processes. * Experience working with **SLAs and incident management**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise activities related to **operations and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure**. * Coordinate **preventive and corrective network maintenance**. * Ensure compliance with **SLAs and network availability**. * Track **network incidents and technical failures** to resolution. * Coordinate work with **NOC, engineering teams, and external vendors**. * Supervise fieldwork related to telecommunications infrastructure. * Prepare **operational reports and incident tracking reports**. * Implement improvements in operations and maintenance processes.
