Our global presence provides extensive opportunities for professional growth and development.* *At KI Industries, we seek talented, committed, and results-oriented individuals who wish to grow within a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving environment.* *For more information, visit:* *www.kiindustries.com* **Job Requirements** ### **Education** * TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. ### **Experience** Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the automotive and/or appliance industry. ### **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of and ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD\&T). * Calibration of measurement instruments. * Uncertainty calculation. * MSA (latest edition). * Interpretation of IATF 16949 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards. * Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Development and maintenance of Control Plans and Process FMEAs. * Capability studies and R\&R analysis. * Operation and programming of CMM / Scanner. * PC\-DMIS software (mandatory). * Proficiency with Minitab. * Knowledge of measurement systems and customer/supplier approval processes. * Proficiency in problem-solving tools and continuous improvement methodologies. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and ensure compliance of the calibration and verification program for inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IMTE). * Perform dimensional analysis and generate measurement reports for product validation and PPAPs. * Manage and maintain the metrology laboratory up-to-date. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements. * Conduct capability studies and measurement system analyses. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Support production and quality teams in dimensional interpretation and tolerance analysis. * Coordinate measurement method approvals with customers and suppliers. * Train internal personnel on measurement methods and equipment. * Propose improvements to metrology-related procedures, work instructions, and controls. ### **WE OFFER:** ### **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** **Opportunities for professional growth and development.** clLJsUUkLF
