Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse/paramedic to provide nighttime support to patients, track medical records, manage medication inventory, and conduct verification rounds, with emphasis on humanitarian care and crisis response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Nighttime support for patients’ physical and daily needs. 2. Preparation of reports and tracking of medical records and inventories. 3. High degree of empathy, humane treatment, and ability to respond in crisis situations. NIGHT SHIFT: 2 DAYS PER WEEK — TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED: From 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please submit your CV only if you are genuinely interested and reside in the STATE OF QUERÉTARO. Responsibilities: \- Support and monitoring of patients’ physical needs and activities of daily living. \- Preparation of daily sleep-cycle reports and documentation of patients’ nocturnal behavior. \- Maintenance of up-to-date medical records and information regarding medical consultations, medication delivery tracking, and inventory. \- Preparation and monitoring of medication inventory. \- Conducting rounds for patient verification and, if necessary, containment. Requirements: \- Minimum two years’ active experience in nursing and/or paramedic services. \- Experience in caring for and supporting geriatric, chronic, or other types of patients. \- Education: Nursing, Paramedic (completed and active), or Nursing Technician. \- Flexibility and schedule availability. \- Ability to attend to and respond in emergency situations; knowledge of logbook documentation and case tracking. Technical Competencies: \- Vital signs measurement, blood pressure monitoring, injections. \- Knowledge of drug reactions and side effects. \- Knowledge of actions/responses/reactions to crisis and/or emergency situations. \- Tracking of logbooks, cases, and medication inventories. Social Competencies: \- HIGH FRUSTRATION TOLERANCE and PATIENCE. \- Ability to work collaboratively and in an interdisciplinary manner. \- HIGH LEVEL OF EMPATHY, HUMANE AND KIND INTERACTION. \- HIGH ABILITY TO RESPOND TO CONFLICT SITUATIONS. \- Crisis containment skills. WE OFFER: \- Night shift: 2 days per week, from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. \- Fixed shift. \- Cafeteria service. \- Fee-for-service contract.
