Position Summary: We are seeking professionals with ethics, responsibility, and experience to support and accompany patients with psychiatric experiences in daily therapeutic activities and programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support and accompaniment of patients in daily therapeutic activities. 2. Planning and monitoring of integrative and collaborative programs. 3. Development and implementation of clinical and administrative programs. We are a Therapeutic Community for patients with psychiatric experiences, with over 10 years of experience. Our community-based approach aims to provide daily psychoemotional, cognitive, and occupational tools to foster autonomy. Working with patients who have psychiatric experiences requires specific skills and knowledge—but above all, an explicit commitment to working with this population. Responsibilities: \- Support and accompany patients in DAILY activities within the community. \- Provide therapeutic accompaniment during structured DAILY activities. \- Plan, develop, and monitor integrative and collaborative programs for each patient. \- Conduct CLINICAL follow-up and support for daily activities, workshops, and individual patient projects. \- Ensure monitoring of activities, functioning, and operation of the Community. \- Contribute to the development and implementation of both clinical and administrative programs and activities of the Therapeutic Community. \- Support patients and families in developing awareness and adherence to treatment. \- Preparation of follow-up and outcome reports. Knowledge and experience in: \- Implementation of crisis intervention strategies. \- Occupational activities. \- CLINICAL CASE ANALYSIS. \- Development of DAILY strategies FOR therapeutic work with patients with psychiatric experiences. \- DAILY therapeutic accompaniment. \- Individual and group work and follow-up. \- Capable of resolving urgent problems: decisive and assertive. \- Capable of working under pressure. Requirements: \- Completed Bachelor’s degree. Professional license. \- Minimum: 3 years of professional experience. \- Availability for schedule: 4 days per week: MONDAY TO THURSDAY, 8 AM TO 2 PM.
