Excellent working environment We are looking for an analytical, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of managing comprehensive accounting processes, ensuring tax compliance, and generating reliable financial information for decision-making. REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting * Experience in hospitality, services, or operational administration is desirable * Proficiency required in: Contpaq, Nomipaq, SUA, IDSE, and SAT portals; Intermediate to Advanced Excel * Availability to work on-site Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and execute the hotel’s general accounting * Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements * Record and control accounting journal entries * Perform bank reconciliations * Calculate and file federal and state taxes * Calculate and review payroll * Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable * Manage cash flow * Monitor and validate daily operational revenue from hotel operations * Review operational costs and budgetary control * Follow up on SAT requirements * Support monthly and annual closing processes WE OFFER * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Excellent working environment Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
