Be part of an innovation-oriented culture as: Paramedic TUM or equivalent with University-Level Higher Education · Experience: 3 years as a paramedic (TUM or equivalent) · Main Responsibilities: Respond to incidents requiring first aid, document evidence of such incidents, and report to the site physician and the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) responsible. Identify, assess, and intervene in medical emergency situations to safeguard life and prevent subsequent injuries. Complete pre-hospital care forms. Identify and manage trauma-related issues (hemorrhages, shock, soft tissue injuries, musculoskeletal system, head, and spine). Identify and manage medical-clinical issues (respiratory, cardiovascular, diabetic, allergic, environmental, obstetric, behavioral emergencies, and poisonings). Transport and hand over patients to the nearest healthcare facility. Maintain oversight of on-site Emergency Plans, identifying potential safety, health, and environmental emergencies in coordination with the Medical Services Department and the site OHSE Responsible. Manage inventory control of the first-aid kit and field instruments or accessories required for emergency response. Develop and update the on-site Emergency Plan. Train and educate emergency brigades and maintain the brigade communication board up to date. Conduct site walkthroughs to establish critical routes within the project in coordination with brigade representatives. Conduct walkthroughs with GRUPO CHUFANI and contractor emergency brigade members. Establish Emergency Stations and verify their equipment. Knowledge Requirements: Understanding of organizational structure, documentation systems for safety, occupational health, and environment, and their implementation. Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED), valid for 2 years. Ability to repair, deliver, and train courses in health and/or medicine and emergency response, including first aid, emergency care, minor surgery, etc. · We Offer: $18,000 tax-free.
