**Your Responsibilities**
* **Maintenance Execution:** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on GEO equipment—including mechanical, electrical, and basic instrumentation tasks—to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
* **Field Services:** Carry out on-site services such as inspections, diagnostics, installations, commissioning, and support during site testing and surveys.
* **Customer Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain technical relationships with end users and client professionals, providing support, training, and technical assistance throughout the post-sales process.
* **Planning and Coordination:** Organize and schedule site visits, prepare cost estimates, and analyze technical documentation in coordination with engineers and other specialists—proposing cost-effective improvements and solutions.
* **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare service reports and track maintenance routines, while also managing associated administrative tasks such as KPI monitoring and spare parts management.

**What You’ll Bring**
**Essential Requirements:**
* **Advanced technical education** in **Mechanics** or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in **industrial maintenance**, ideally in **field service environments**.
* Availability to work on **mining sites** under a **10x10 shift system**, including possible extensions.
* High levels of **autonomy, accountability, and discipline** to operate independently in the field.
**Desirable:**
* Prior experience in mining or mineral processing plants.
* Familiarity with GEO pumps, Warman equipment, or heavy industrial maintenance.
* Strong hands-on mechanical maintenance skills, with basic knowledge of electricity and instrumentation.
