**Location:** Uranio 319, La Esmeralda, 55765 Ojo de Agua, Méx. ***"IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL CALCULATION, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT PROCEED IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS."*** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance**, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in payroll processing. * Experience managing medium- to high-volume payrolls (desirable). **Functions and Responsibilities** * Recording and tracking payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations). * Supporting weekly payroll calculations. * Preparing and reviewing payroll receipts. * Calculating and tracking earnings and deductions. * Assisting with the preparation of severance payments and settlements. * Managing and archiving personnel documentation. * Addressing and clarifying payroll-related inquiries from staff. * Supporting the calculation of employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). * Updating payroll databases and generating reports. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Knowledge** * Payroll calculation. * Federal Labor Law. * ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT (basic level). * Handling payroll incidents. * Excel proficiency (intermediate level). * Payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, SAP, or others – desirable). **Soft Skills** * **Attention to detail** and high accuracy. * **Confidentiality and professional ethics**. * Organization and time management. * Numerical analysis capability. * Clear and assertive communication. * Service orientation and professional interaction with colleagues. * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines. * Problem-solving ability. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment.
