IT Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineer with experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of ERP systems, SQL databases, and programming. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the automotive industry and cloud environments (Azure) 2. Strong experience in relational SQL database administration 3. Proficiency in programming languages and agile methodologies **PROFILE** Academic Background: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience in the **automotive industry.** * Experience with cloud environments (Azure). * Proven experience implementing at least 1 ERP system. * Strong experience in relational SQL database administration: design, optimization, writing complex queries (advanced SQL), stored procedures, and triggers. * Programming experience: Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, C\#, Java, or PHP. * **8-hour shift role** **Technical Skills:** * ERP: In-depth knowledge of JDE ERP architecture and modules. * Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. * Languages: Advanced SQL and at least one back\-end programming language. * Knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). * Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI)
