




Provide analytical and operational support to Human Resources processes, contributing to the proper management of human talent through the administration, analysis, and monitoring of HR indicators, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities.** \-Support **recruitment and selection** processes (interviews and follow-up). \-Administer and update personnel files. \-Prepare HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, performance, etc.). \-Support **training and development** processes (logistical support for training activities). \-Provide assistance in **payroll**, incident handling, and attendance control. \-Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. \-Support **organizational climate** and corporate culture initiatives. \-Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters. \-Collaborate on continuous improvement projects within the department. **Requirements:** \-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. \-1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources areas (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** \-Recruitment and selection processes. \-Basic labor legislation. \-HR metrics management. \-Payroll and personnel administration. \-Proficiency in Office software suite (especially intermediate/advanced Excel). \-Human Resources Management Systems. **Work Schedule.** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, depending on operational needs.
