Job Summary: We are seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst to manage and organize asset information, conduct physical inventories and reconciliations, and maintain the fixed asset system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive fixed asset management 2. Reconciliation of asset information 3. Fixed asset system administration LeanCE is looking for a Systems Engineer, Industrial Engineer, International Trade Engineer, International Business Engineer, or Finance graduate (or near graduation) for the Fixed Asset Analyst position. **Responsibilities:** * Collect and organize required fixed asset information. * Conduct physical inventory counts. * Reconcile asset information. * Enter data into the fixed asset system. * Identify and tag fixed assets as required. * Customer communication and service. * Administer and safeguard information in the fixed asset system. **Mandatory Requirements:** Proficiency in Excel, willingness to travel, adaptability, valid driver's license Full-time office and/or client plant schedule. **We Offer:** Base salary, Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, and health insurance), Savings Fund, Grocery vouchers, Job stability. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 25 % (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
