Only candidates meeting ALL of the following will be considered: ✔ Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience as Warehouse Manager or Coordinator in an industrial plant (manufacturing serving automotive industry clients). ✔ Experience coordinating shipments and delivery windows for automotive industry clients. Not just receiving or storage—must have managed outbound logistics with committed time slots. ✔ Operational ERP (warehouse system) and functional-level Excel proficiency. ✔ Direct leadership experience over operational staff (warehouse clerks, forklift operators, drivers). ✔ Experience handling high SKU volume in an industrial warehouse. ✔ Availability to work 100% on-site in Querétaro. Supervision of a 16-person operational team. KPI tracking: on-time delivery rate, inventory accuracy, and operational cycle times. Warehouse organization: layout, FIFO, and material flow. Proactive reduction of picking and inventory errors. **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS THAT WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION** Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with its delivery culture and quality standards. Any warehouse process improvement project you can describe with concrete metrics. Documented reduction of picking errors or inventory discrepancies.
