TRAZA Company, dedicated to construction, urban development, and earthworks, is seeking an experienced Building Engineer for schools and classrooms. Responsibilities: Responsible for the correct and timely execution of assigned projects. Provide technical guidance and training to personnel under supervision. Financial control of construction projects: weekly reporting of material costs, direct labor costs, equipment rental, freight charges, and all other construction inputs must be reported as direct costs. Coordinate personnel and materials across various projects in appropriate quantities and timelines to enhance productivity. Coordinate dump truck drivers and field drivers to support all construction projects. Prepare cost estimates and/or change orders when modifications occur relative to the initial budget. Maintain control over materials supplied to each project. Maintain and monitor order and cleanliness in work areas daily; coordinate removal of garbage, waste, and permanent debris. Maintain, request, manage, and control basic personal protective equipment required for workers. Submit weekly progress reports per work item or category, according to concept catalogs. Monitor worker performance, coordinate workforce deployment and utilization based on project requirements—using minimum necessary resources to avoid idle time among productive staff.
