Focus on continuous improvement of quality processes We are looking for a **Quality Process Engineer** to join our team to ensure the implementation and updating of processes, as well as the development of action plans focused on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely updates of quality procedures * Guarantee compliance with and development of processes through constant verification and training of after-sales departments * Interpret and analyze root causes and identify them in non-conformities reported to the distributor * Develop action plans focused on continuous improvement of results in operational routine-related indicators * Review proper application of industrial safety regulations across all processes * Interpret and communicate results of implemented action plans **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering degree * Valid Class A driver's license **Technical Knowledge in:** * Process development and mediation * Strategic planning * Root Cause Analysis methodologies * Industrial safety regulations (STPS) * ISO standards * Audit knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance * Growth opportunities within a leading automotive sector company. * Continuous training and a dynamic work environment. * Savings fund \#nova26 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
