Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic specializing in tractor-trailers to perform comprehensive diagnostics, analyze failures, prepare technical reports, and program modules—ensuring repair quality and technical up-to-date knowledge. Technical quality supervision and validation A leading company in the sale of tractor-trailers in the Bajío region, currently experiencing growth, is seeking a **Diesel Mechanic**. * Education: Completed Technical Automotive or Electromechanical degree * Experience: 1 year of experience working on tractor-trailers * Valid driver’s license; ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles **Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive diagnostics of engine, transmission, and differential systems. * Analyze failures using diagnostic equipment, interpretation of parameter values, and physical testing. * Prepare technical reports and QIS documentation for warranty claims processing. * Conduct advanced module programming (engine, transmission, TFT, VCU). * Develop electrical fault trees and document repairs. * Coordinate follow-up with parts and after-sales departments to resolve recurring issues. * Supervise technical execution by other team members and validate work quality. * Maintain updated technical information regarding failures and manufacturer updates. * Diagnose, repair, and analyze complex failures in engines, transmissions, differentials, and electronic systems of heavy-duty vehicles. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday full-time, Saturday (half-day). * Salary: Based on experience. * Full statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. **Benefits Beyond Statutory Requirements:** * Savings fund: 2%. * Grocery vouchers: 10%. * Bonuses for recoveries and overnight stays. * Life insurance (effective from the 2nd month). * Career development opportunities.
