**CONVENTIONAL LATHE OPERATOR**
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Perform turning (diameter) operations on steel parts, ensuring required quality in surface finish and part concentricity.
**Bi-weekly shift schedule**
**Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.**
**Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM; Friday, 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM.**
REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1–2 years of experience in metal-mechanical machining
* Age 25–50

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review lathe production schedule (Shipping Schedule) to identify daily priorities.
* Identify and measure work material, referencing dimensions specified in the design.
* Perform part setup.
* Execute manual machining operations.
* Verify dimensions and release parts; notify shift leader immediately in case of dimensional deviations.
* Send parts to polishing and final inspection areas.
* Maintain 5S standards in the work area.
Salary: $12,388.45 – $15,958.29 per month
