Focus on preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance Inter Empleos is recruiting a **Hospital Maintenance Assistant** **Required Education Level** * High school diploma **Years of Experience** * 3 years of maintenance experience in the hospital sector **Specific Skills** * Honest * Skilled * Respectful * Team player * Trustworthy **Main Job Responsibilities** * Perform general maintenance repairs of facilities (painting, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, etc.) * Conduct inspection, repair, conservation, and modification of facilities, assets, furniture, and real estate across all assigned departments * Carry out corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance tasks according to the work schedule established by the immediate supervisor * Report and document facility, equipment, and furniture defects for repair and maintenance * Perform other job-related tasks as assigned * Operate and manage maintenance tools and equipment * Comply with internal policies and procedures * Promote environmental care and conservation through various activities performed in the role * Maintain personal safety while performing duties, following occupational safety guidelines * Execute all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with business and/or workplace needs, aiming to sustain and enhance service quality for internal and external customers 100% Facility Care **Work Schedule and Salary** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM * $10,905\.57 Gross
