**Grupo Dorados México is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Grupo Dorados, specialists in the distribution and trade of poultry meat.** **Main responsibilities:** * Branch opening and closing. * Distribute and supervise team activities at the branch. * Sales and customer service at the branch. * Cleaning tools, work equipment, infrastructure, and food preparation areas according to "Distintivo H" regulations. * Inventory management of perishable goods. * Preparation of food for sale to end customers. * Customer attention and service. * Sales and cross-selling activities. * Preparation of raw material and supply orders. * Inventory control (shrinkage and stock levels). * Point-of-sale cash collection. * Cash reconciliation and closing. * Cleaning of the work area. * Ensuring high-quality product management. * Communication with related departments to ensure continuous supply of products and supplies. **Requirements:** * Experience in roles similar to this business line.
