Opportunity to work with an experienced team across diverse projects **Position to be filled in Texcoco, State of Mexico, just a few streets away from Chapingo University** A Mexican company with over 18 years of experience in **construction, manufacturing, installations, and industrial assembly** invites you to join its team as a **Project Control Analyst**. **Job Objective** To record, track, and update ongoing projects (civil, electrical, mechanical, or industrial works), efficiently managing budgets and documentation to ensure return on investment and the estimated profitability of each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain project-specific budget control, ensuring established amounts are not exceeded. * Identify and report cost overruns to respective departments. * Record and track purchases, requisitions, and material consumption. * Monitor labor hours allocated to each project and update the database. * Consolidate costs, expenses, and payments made using institutional templates. * Prepare reports and delivery minutes for completed projects. * Manage physical and digital project files (scopes, quotations, expenses, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Project Management, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related field). * **Graduated** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in administrative control or tracking of projects (civil, electrical, mechanical, or industrial works). * **Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).** * **Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.** * **Project and S-Curve knowledge** Position to be filled in Texcoco, State of Mexico, just a few streets away from Chapingo University.
