**Plasticos Carcal S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Lathe Operator in Escandon I Secc - Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Plasticos Carcal S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Ceda Iztapalapa - Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México* *100% Mexican company specialized in plastic injection* You are invited to join their team as: **LATHE OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in the field. * Proficiency in conventional lathe and milling machine operation (mandatory). * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). * Knowledge of fits, tolerances, and surface finishes. * Experience in manufacturing, repair, and adjustment of parts. * Minimum education: High school diploma (technical training preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operating lathes to produce various mechanical parts * Operating milling machines * Operating stationary grinders * Supporting production in adapting fixtures and maintaining various machines Drilling and tapping of various components *FUNCTIONS*:** Manufacturing parts from various materials such as aluminum, iron, Nylamid, etc. Welding and rectifying replacement parts. Knowledge of machinery (lathe, milling machine). Inspecting safety devices on equipment to prevent accidents.
