Development opportunities **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** Age: 24–30 years old Experience: Minimum 2 years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting only Work schedule: Monday to Friday Work location: Naucalpan de Juárez and/or Tlalnepantla **General Responsibilities:** * Interest in developing within the Payroll area * Support in managing employee incidents and hiring processes * Handling IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, and IMSS systems * Learning the payroll system (We provide training) * Processing hiring, severance settlements, and employee file compilation **Frequent Tasks:** * Supporting the registration of employee incidents * Processing new hires in the internal payroll system * Submitting personnel transactions (hires and terminations) to IMSS for multiple companies * Delivering severance settlements and weekly/biweekly payroll receipts * Managing employee files in the database * Maintaining the general vacation schedule * Preparing employment certificates * Handling occupational risk forms—from completion through evaluation * Interest in learning operational weekly payroll * General administrative tasks **We Offer:** * Immediate hiring!! * Competitive salary + capped savings fund + statutory benefits * Development opportunities * Permanent position * Cafeteria area If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to the email address for this vacancy
