




Position Summary: The Pre-Sales Supervisor leads, supervises, and develops a team to achieve sales targets and expand customer coverage and portfolio, aligned with commercial strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and monitor the team to achieve the monthly budget. 2. Develop the universe of buyer customers, reducing inactivity. 3. Conduct coaching and on-the-job accompaniments to develop the team. The Pre-Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets in their assigned territory through management, supervision, and development of the pre-sales team, ensuring proper execution at the point of sale. Their primary objective is to increase customer coverage, transactions, and portfolio development, aligned with the company's commercial indicators and strategies. Main Responsibilities Lead and monitor the team to achieve the monthly budget (BDGT). Develop the universe of buyer customers, reducing inactivity. Conduct coaching, on-the-job accompaniments, and daily performance follow-up. Design and manage route plans and weekly work plans. Supervise commercial KPIs (coverage, active customers, transactions, and portfolio). Coordinate with internal departments such as Billing, Logistics, Control Desk, and Trade Marketing.
