Responsibilities: Monitor production flow. Define and control critical process variables. Implement strategies to minimize product waste. Comply with food safety standards such as HACCP and FSSC 22000. Design and optimize continuous production lines by analyzing critical variables (moisture, temperature, and baking times) to maximize raw material yield and reduce waste in mixing and packaging processes. Requirements: Flexible working hours. Prior experience in similar roles. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Analytical skills for continuous improvement. Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000. Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Benefits: Savings fund.
