DE C.V. is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Cuauhtemoc \- Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading company in the transportation and logistics sector in Mexico, with over 10 years of experience delivering innovative solutions to its clients. We are currently seeking our next: **PAYROLL ANALYST** Requirements: * Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law (ISR) * Social Security Law * Tax calculation * Payroll stamping (timbrado) * Preparation of weekly and biweekly payrolls * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Handling and drafting of employment contracts Job responsibilities: * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation (HC: 500+ employees). * Processing requests for severance and/or settlement calculations * Submitting calculated payroll for approval by the Business Unit Head * Archiving authorized payroll payment documentation * Managing checks and transfers (payroll, child support, Acércate a tu nómina, etc.) * Executing payroll payment files (Layout) * Generating accounting entries (pólizas contables) * Archiving accounting entries, payrolls, check requests, etc. * Generating XML files for payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) * Managing exempt and taxable income components We offer: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM * Location: Narvarte Poniente * **Monthly gross salary: $15,000 \+ 15% bonus** * Statutory benefits \+ direct company employment \+ 100% IMSS coverage Our company is committed to gender equity, non-discrimination, and equal opportunity; therefore, we strictly prohibit publishing job postings on recruitment channels—or any other associated media—that reference exclusionary criteria such as: language, sex, gender, age, functional disability, social status, indigenous identity, gender identity, physical appearance, health conditions, religion, sexual orientation or preference, or any other factor that impedes the enjoyment and exercise of human rights.
