Job Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with analytical vision and solid experience in tax and cost areas to ensure the financial health of the organization. Key Highlights: 1. Review of Internal Controls and Inventory Validation Join our team as a General Accountant! · Location: San Vicente Chicoloapan, State of Mexico (On-site) Salary: $18,000 net (tax-free) per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Are you an accounting professional with analytical vision and solid experience in tax and cost areas? We are looking for a detail-oriented, leadership-capable General Accountant to ensure the financial health of our organization. What will be your mission? Ensure that all the company’s accounting, tax, and financial information is processed accurately, reliably, and promptly, strictly complying with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and current tax laws. Your main responsibilities: General Accounting: Financial information analysis, preparation and recording of accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and account clean-up. Tax Obligations: Calculation and filing of provisional, informative, and annual tax returns. Financial Information: Preparation of financial statements, cost management, and application of Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). Internal Audit: Review of internal controls, as well as supervision and validation of physical inventories of products and company assets. What profile are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree and professional license preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in the role of General Accountant or similar. Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in cost accounting, current tax laws, and taxes. Technological Tools: Advanced ERP system proficiency. Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Location: Must reside in San Vicente Chicoloapan, State of Mexico (EDOMEX), or nearby areas (mandatory for easy commuting). What do we offer? Monthly salary: $18,000 net (tax-free).
