Support in audits and development of training materials **Training Analyst** **Function** * Design, coordinate, and monitor training programs for operational and technical staff, ensuring proper course delivery, documentary control of physical and digital evidence, and compliance with applicable internal guidelines and regulations. **Responsibilities** * Develop and organize training calendars jointly with various departments * Maintain attendance lists, assessments, certificates, and training forms * Monitor compliance with position-specific mandatory training requirements * Prepare training reports (hours, attendees, topics, compliance) * Support internal and external audits related to training * Assist in developing training manuals, procedures, and forms **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Weekend on-call duty * **Work schedule and hours subject to change based on operational needs** **Benefits and Salary** * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits effective from day one * Gross monthly salary: $19,000 / Biweekly payments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
