We want you to be part of this great team! **We are currently seeking a NIGHTTIME MONITOR** Do you have experience in Last-Mile? Experience from a startup is a plus! **Main Responsibilities:** * Assign trips to drivers to meet the needs of various accounts. * Monitor operations by zone to expand the app's coverage. * Use technological tools to manage daily operations. * Track operators and address their day-to-day requirements. **We Offer:** * Base salary + $2,000 non-salary performance bonus **based on KPI achievement.** * Schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. | 1 rotating weekend day off per week * **100% in-person work mode** in Benito Juárez. * Statutory benefits.
