Senior Architect Location: CDMX – On-site Position Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience Job Objective Lead and develop high-level architectural projects, ensuring correct conceptual, technical, and operational execution for each project, aligned with the company’s aesthetic, functional, and quality standards. Responsible for coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and collaborating strategically with design, production, and operations teams. Responsibilities * Lead architectural and conceptual project development. * Prepare, review, and supervise architectural, construction, and detail drawings. * Develop 3D models, renderings, and high-level presentations. * Coordinate and track projects from conceptual phase through execution. * Supervise compliance with technical, aesthetic, and operational guidelines. * Coordinate with internal and external teams involved in each project. * Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and operational departments. * Manage project timelines, priorities, and progress. * Propose architectural, construction-related, and creative solutions. * Supervise materials, specifications, and design criteria. * Ensure proper integration of technical information and project documentation. * Provide mentorship and guidance for junior team members. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * 4–7 years of experience in architectural project development and coordination. * Experience in interior design, retail, hospitality, events, ephemeral architecture, or high-end residential projects (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in: * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Revit * Adobe Creative Suite * Rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar) * Ability to read and develop construction drawings and construction details. * Intermediate/advanced English (preferred). * Availability for site visits, installation, and operational follow-up.
