Headhunters Internacionales, supporting a company specialized in rental services, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform the following **Responsibilities:** * General maintenance: Conduct inspections to ensure proper operation of facilities, including cleaning. * Construction work: Perform masonry, plumbing, painting, and finishing tasks as needed. * Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with facilities and equipment, including electrical systems, plumbing, and ventilation. * Resource management: Maintain control over materials and tools, and report maintenance needs. * Safety and hygiene: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during all activities **Requirements:** **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles/fieldwork, including work at heights and welding. **Education:** Basic * Knowledge of and ability to handle various tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, welding equipment, etc. * Preferably certified in the DNC course for work at heights.
