IT Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a **Project Manager** with experience leading teams and projects using both agile and predictive methodologies. You will be responsible for defining scope, planning, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the proper execution of technology projects, while maintaining effective communication with clients and technical teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage teams using agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective) and tools such as Jira or Monday. * Document project scope to ensure shared understanding between technical and commercial areas. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding progress, risks, incidents, and solutions. * Manage the project budget, anticipate deviations, and propose solutions. * Develop and update roadmaps with deliverables, features, and internal processes. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. * 4 years of experience as a Project Manager. * Experience leading multiple teams and delivering completed projects. * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) – Advanced level. * Jira and project management tools – Advanced level. * **Languages:** Advanced English (spoken, written, and reading). **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * **Onsite work from Monday to Friday.** * 100% onsite work in the southern part of CDMX.
