We are seeking talent for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. **Job Profile** * Position: Human Resources Coordinator * Education: Minimum ongoing degree completion / in Business Administration, Psychology, or a field related to Human Resources. * Work schedule: 100% in-person, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch and rest break, and availability for travel. **Experience:** 2.6 years in Recruitment and Selection, interpretation of psychometric tests, preparation of hiring files, training (DNC, Training Plan, SIRCE, collection of training evidence), handling ISO 9001 Quality Management System audits, staff terminations, processing payments to Human Resources service providers, preparation of quarterly performance indicator reports for General Management and ISO. Coordination and logistics of events, tracking, control, and distribution of uniforms, preparation and control of incident reports, preparation of monthly communications, design of job profiles and position descriptions, performance evaluations. **Position Objective:** Fulfill the recertification process in Human Resources matters.
