An important club located in the southern part of Mexico City is seeking a **Baker:** Requirements: * Proficiency in general bakery operations (French, sweet, and savory baking), especially in laminated sweet pastries (croissants, chocolate-filled pastries, made with butter). * Morning shift (starting at 5:30 am); preference for candidates residing nearby and/or possessing their own vehicle. * Positive attitude, punctuality, honesty, and commitment. * Participation in daily and deep cleaning of the work area. * Knowledge of food hygiene (DH). * Clean and organized. * Friendly.
