Job Summary: Perform finished product packaging operations, making adjustments and ensuring quality, food safety, and occupational safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for manual packaging of products according to specifications. 2. Verification of correct product weight, sealing, and labeling. 3. Assistance in cleaning and sanitizing the work area and machinery. GENERAL ASSISTANT Objective: Execute finished product packaging operations by operating the packaging machine, performing necessary adjustments based on standard operating procedures to meet required specifications and quality, food safety, and occupational safety guidelines. 1. Manually package products (starch, gluten, and by-products) according to assigned volumes and specifications. 2. Verify correct product weight, sealing, and labeling. 3. Stack, pack, and transport bags or packages to the storage or shipping area. 4. Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the work area and machinery at the start and end of each shift. 5. Report any anomalies related to product, machinery, or process to the immediate supervisor. 6.
