This position actively contributes to building, maintaining, and innovating technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Work Location: Remote work — candidates may apply from anywhere in Mexico. Responsibilities: • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with requirements and best practices. .NET • Participate in the design and implementation of new features. • Collaborate on integrating systems and external services. • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure correct software functionality. • Identify and fix bugs and optimize performance. • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. • Collaborate with the Functional Manager, Software Architect, and technical team. • Share knowledge and best practices with other developers. • Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum, stand-ups). • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Propose improvements to code, tools, and processes. • Stay current with technologies and best practices. • Ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards. • Support technological infrastructure improvements. Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field). Preferred: Certifications in technologies (Java, .NET, Python) or agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps). Experience & Required Skills: Minimum 1 year of software development experience. Knowledge of programming languages and relational and non-relational databases. Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively. Experience working in agile environments, proactivity, and focus on development quality. Languages & Technical Skills Spanish Proficiency in languages such as C++, ASP.NET, and advanced-level SQL databases. Integration across development, testing, and production environments, as well as script generation for deployment.
