




Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage the full cycle of purchase orders, quotations, negotiations, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages purchase orders and billing from start to finish. 2. Negotiates with suppliers and internal customers. 3. Internationally designed programs for seniors. **PURCHASING ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Economics, with degree certificate and professional license. * 3 years of experience in the field. * ERP system proficiency (Dynamics). Responsibilities: * Generation and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes through to purchase and delivery to the customer. * Quotation and negotiation with suppliers and internal customers. * Management and updating of materials, pricing, and exchange rates. * Control and review of supplier invoicing. * Corporate card management. * Supplier evaluation. * Handling and support of internal customers. * Inventory control (maximum and minimum levels). **We Offer:** * Monthly gross base salary * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **Work Location:** Near ABC Santa Fe. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
