Key role in drawing review and budget support **Inversa Instalaciones is seeking a CONSTRUCTION QUANTITY SURVEYOR in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for **freelance quantity surveyors** for construction projects (MEP installations). **Requirements:** * **Electrical construction takeoff** * Experience in quantity surveying. * Proficiency in reading drawings (AutoCAD, PDF, etc.). * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory). * Ability to work on a deliverable basis and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of budgeting and cost analysis is preferred. **Work Modality:** * Remote / freelance work. * Payment per project or per deliverable (to be agreed upon). **Main Responsibilities:** * Review of drawings and specifications. * Budget support. * Quantify executed work volumes from As-built drawings for reporting and project closeouts.
