Job Objective:
Ensure optimal inventory levels of products for construction, hardware, and carbon steel, balancing storage costs while avoiding overstock or stockouts.
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain.
* Prior experience in marketing construction or hardware products. (Desirable)
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, Economics, or Business Administration. (Graduated or intern)
Responsibilities:
* Develop sales forecasting models to anticipate procurement needs for steel, materials, and hardware.
* Determine optimal inventory levels to avoid excesses or shortages.
* Collaborate with other departments to adjust inventory policies.
* Establish safety stock levels, reorder points, and optimal order quantities.
* Conduct ABC analysis to classify products based on strategic importance and financial flow.
* Coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines to prevent stockouts.
* Identify and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory to free up working capital.
