New business development and request follow-up **HR Option is seeking a Logistics Quoter – Freight Forwarder in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Logistics Quoter – Freight Forwarder.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or inside sales within the Freight Forwarding industry. * Knowledge of Incoterms. * Knowledge of logistics services. * Strong communication skills with customers and prospects. * Proficiency in sales follow-up and closing techniques. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support sales executives in preparing and sending quotations to existing customers and prospects. * Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. * Manage commercial CRMs for lead and prospect capture and follow-up, preferably Cargo Wise. * Generate sales by contacting internal clients to develop new business opportunities. * Manage appointment schedules and pending tasks with sales executives and the director. * Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or customers via phone or email to ensure proper service delivery. * Perform administrative duties relevant to the department. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 MXN gross. * Commissions ranging from 3% to 8% of profit (commissions capped at $70,000\.00\), negotiable based on experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (savings fund: 4%, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days’ compensation starting in the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / flexible schedule including occasional weekends.** **If interested, apply through this channel** **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsible * Organized *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d92bfa5400002c001b9467\&source\=indeed*
