Position: RETENTION ADVISOR We seek individuals with negotiation skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Provide personalized advisory services to customers registered on our platform. Manage and strengthen relationships with private clients. Actively support customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Serve as an intermediary between the company and potential customers. Promote and market our products and services via Call Center operations. Requirements: Sales experience Financial broker, negotiation, customer service and follow-up experience preferred but not required Customer retention experience Full-time availability Communication and negotiation skills Sales or customer service experience preferred We Offer: Monthly salary of $15,000 net.
