Job Summary: We are seeking First-Level Technical Support Engineers for a 1-month project involving equipment migration, backup, and configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Operating system and network management 100% Mexican company requires 2 First-Level Technical Support Engineers for a 1-MONTH PROJECT. Immediate hiring Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Administration or a technical degree in Systems or related field. Basic knowledge: Installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft/Office 365, networks, static and dynamic IP addresses, driver installation, printer installation, and shared network drives. Desirable: Joining devices to local domain, configuring user profiles in domain. Activities to be performed: Activities will be carried out at the site designated according to needs.
