The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow applications to support IT operations and business workflows. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform components Work on ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Build workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor Create and maintain Service Catalog items and request processes Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Support ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and testing activities Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and delivery ✅ Required Skills Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer Hands\-on scripting knowledge: JavaScript, Glide API Solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM Experience in Service Catalog and workflow automation API integration experience (REST/SOAP) Good communication and documentation skills * Preferred Skills (Good to Have) ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD) Experience with CMDB / ITOM / HRSD Agile/Scrum exposure Experience in large enterprise environments Interview Details (Mexico Time) Interview Date: 12th Feb 2026 (Thursday) Timing: 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM Note: interview timings are post 11:00 AM and before 4:00 PM (Mexican Time).
