Experience: **Minimum 3 years in the field**, with proficiency in C# programming language, .NET, HANA databases, SQL, and MySQL. Language: Intermediate English. Knowledge of sales processes, point-of-sale systems, inventory control, logistics, or procurement. Ability to explain business processes and translate them into technical requirements. Proficiency in documentation and process modeling tools. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the technical team. Collaborate in designing and implementing solutions that optimize customer experience and internal operations. Develop functional documentation (BPMN diagrams, workflows, user stories). Coordinate with developers, QA, operations, and key users throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in functional testing, validations, and user training. Ensure proper alignment between business units and technological solutions. Act as liaison between operational areas and the IT department. Develop web applications using ASP.NET. Develop desktop applications. Design responsive websites using the Foundation framework. Write T-SQL queries.
