Service-oriented attitude and multifunctional support **Position: Multifunctional General Assistant – Tapas Restaurant / Bar** **Fixed day off: Sunday and Monday** Debarbas Tapas Bar \| Part of Grupo Debarbas We are looking for a dynamic, responsible individual with an excellent service attitude to join our team. We are a small branch with a relaxed atmosphere and strong teamwork, so we seek a multifunctional person who enjoys supporting various areas of the restaurant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Bar support (preparing simple beverages: basic mixology, coffee, setup, and operational assistance) * Customer service on the floor * Kitchen support with simple preparations and plating * General setup and cleaning * Washing and organizing utensils as required * Receiving and organizing supplies * Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas * Providing support wherever needed to ensure an excellent customer experience **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in restaurants, cafés, bars, or customer service * Excellent attitude and willingness to learn * Responsible, punctual, and proactive * Enjoyment of teamwork * Willingness to support multiple areas **Schedule:** * Fixed day off: Sunday and Monday, with 48 hours distributed across the rest of the week.
