DESCRIPTION The Documentation Analyst will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and updating the technical and functional documentation required for project delivery to the AMS (Application Management Services) area. Their work ensures that all relevant project information is complete, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization’s quality standards and required formats. They must use Confluence, Word, and other collaborative tools to ensure documentation traceability and accessibility. Role Objective: Ensure the effective transition of projects to the operational area through the complete and structured delivery of technical, functional, and administrative documentation, promoting service continuity and maintainability. REQUIREMENTS * Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or a related Information Technology field. * Prior experience documenting IT projects (2 years). * Knowledge of software development methodologies (agile and/or traditional). * Basic English (able to read technical documentation and produce simple texts).
