Job Summary: We are seeking an Agricultural Mechanic to diagnose and repair agricultural machinery, with a focus on maintenance and training assistants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery 2. Sharing knowledge and training assistants 3. Managing repair orders and tracking equipment REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: · * Agricultural mechanic * Machinery diagnosis RESPONSIBILITIES: * Submit repair order opening requests. * Identify technical needs to reinforce acquired and required knowledge. * Receive required parts for services. * Inspect and ensure appropriate working conditions. * Share knowledge with assistants and mechanics. * Diagnose equipment failures and determine warranty eligibility where applicable. * Collect diagnostic evidence and procedures performed to resolve issues, providing justification for work executed. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Regularly report assigned repair status to the workshop supervisor. * Request the field report form. * Prepare and conduct checklists of conditions for equipment entering repair or service. * Enforce order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report incidents to the workshop supervisor. * Attend scheduled trainings punctually.
