Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the daily logistics of work crews, ensuring technicians have the necessary information and assignments to complete scheduled services. Key Highlights: 1. JOB MISSION Coordinate and supervise the daily logistics of work crews, ensuring technicians have the required information and assignments to complete scheduled services on time and as specified. FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES: Verify on the platform that work crews have jobs loaded in DIMME. Identify and prioritize CCN schedules (contracts requiring first attention). Track contracts with the longest pending duration. Confirm in DIMME that visits are correctly registered with: Photographs Geolocation Review that the service report is complete (data, photos, and required parameters), except for complaints. Identify service improvement opportunities or failures. Monitor contracts handled by each work crew. Report low productivity or detected incidents to the supervisor. Provide support for: Emergencies Mechanical failures Unforeseen events Maintain an updated emergency contact directory (insurance, mechanics, external companies). Assist in locating customer addresses (customer contact). Report geofence exits to the supervisor. Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of personal data.
